Mercy Ministries Hosts Luncheon at Catalyst West

Mercy Ministries hosted a special In-N-Out luncheon last week as a part of Catalyst West, a renowned conference for young leaders in ministry. The event was held at Mariner’s Church in Orange County, California. Men and women from churches, ministries and other nonprofits across the country took time to come out and hear about Mercy Ministries and how to partner with us to help end sex trafficking, one victim at a time. The luncheon was hosted by top young leaders Sarah Markley, Bianca Juarez, Lindsey Nobles, Jenni Catron, Ashley Williams and Mercy Executive Director of Communications, Eve Annunziato.

Hannah Frendl
Mercy Ministries graduate and Orange County resident, Hannah Frendl, was at the luncheon and shared her story of cutting and starving herself to death, all while working on a church staff! She spoke about how God used Mercy to restore her hope and give her freedom and purpose.

Eve Annunziato

Mercy Executive Director of Communications, Eve Annunziato, then shared how the same God who restored Hannah can restore victims of sex trafficking who come to Mercy Ministries wanting that same hope and freedom. Eve shared all that Mercy is doing to help these hurting young women and how together, we can bring change to our communities, churches and cultures and help bring an end to sex trafficking, one victim at a time! The response was amazing and many of the men and women who attended wanted to know more about how to get involved. It was an incredible time of connecting with some of the most influential young leaders in ministry and we look forward to all God has in store for the future!

More than 100 men and women came to the luncheon
