Soon To Be Newlyweds Give Their Wedding Gifts to Mercy Ministries!

Instead of registering for fine china and crystal stemware, Todd Ryngala and Lauren Somerville decided to go against tradition when planning their wedding! Feeling they already have everything they need, yet knowing that gift giving is a normal tradition for weddings, they decided to reroute those gifts to Mercy Ministries! After gathering lists of needs from each of our homes, they went to Target and created a special registry just for us! Here’s what they had to say about why they decided to use their special day to bless others:

For the longest time, Lauren’s parents have had a Mercy Ministries pamphlet hanging on their refrigerator. It has always been something we were curious about since they have supported Mercy for many years. We have been so fortunate and there are really no additional things that we will "need" for our home so it was easy to make the decision to forward all gifts to Mercy. We are both first hand witnesses to the saving grace of God and know that through Christ, all things are possible. This is our first time supporting Mercy but it will not be the last! We are so thankful that the Lord put us in the position to help your ministry and we give Him all the glory!

Thanks to this generous young couple, new linens, cookware, kitchen essentials and more will soon arrive at the doors of our homes! We are so grateful for new supporters like Todd and Lauren who sacrificially give and spread the word about Mercy Ministries to their friends and loved ones in such a special way.
